EQAC Consultancy provides excellent services for overseas students to apply for high standard UK Universities to get admissions and consultancy services with completely free of charge. Our services aims to offer a comprehensive, readily accessible and responsive service in order to promote academic, physical, emotional and spiritual well being of all individuals within our student community. These services will be provided by professionally trained support, advisory and counselling staff and, where appropriate, within the EQAC’s confidentiality policy guidelines, UK data protection act and new GDPR 2018 regulations. Accommodation

Finding suitable accommodation in London could be challenging. The staffs guide students to find accommodation locally before starting their course. Students are advised to contact our UK Student Liaison Officer (SLO) on [email protected]  at least three weeks before accommodation is required. Our UK Student Liaison Officer (SLO) work with local accommodation agencies, property owners and households to provide Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG) for the selection of suitable student houses for let during term time.

Airport Pickup
EQAC offers a free Airport Pick up Service for all newly enrolled International students arriving in the UK for the first time. Students will be welcomed from Airport terminal and transported directly to their accommodation destination. Students are advised to Students are advised to contact our UK Student Liaison Officer (SLO) on [email protected]  at least one week prior to their departure with the carrier name, flight number, and terminal and expected arrival time at UK airport.

University Admission Process

Step 1
Students need to apply for their initial interest through an online application process. Once we received that we will send you the student’s enquiry form to complete.
Step 2
After received your completed student’s enquiry form we will then arrange a skype session to do the initial screening process for the UK University admission and provide the suitable partner University form.
Step 3
You need to send the following documents to [email protected] one month prior to the start date of oyur intended programme

  • Completed Application form
  • Certified copies of your qualifications and this must be in English
  • Copy of your Passport Identification page( Your passport must have minimum 06 months validity
  • Copy of your IELTS results ( it must be within last two years)
  • Detailed Personal Statement related to your proposed course of study and you need to follow relevant university guidance when preparing this.

Step 3
Once we received all the above appropriate documents mentioned in step 3, we will then submit your application to the relevant University and get the conditional offer for you.
Step 4
After receiving the conditional offer you need to make arrangements to make the University course fee by draft/ bank transfer/ pay in university account if you have relatives in UK.
Step 5
Once you receive the unconditional offer and your bank statements are ready, we will then our guidance for you to make the application to the relevant UK embassy to lodge your application.
